Geert Chatrou, bird musician / Geert Chatrou : l’oiseau chanteur

The bird - Geert Chatrou is a professional whistler from the Netherlands. Whistling his way through both classical and jazz standards, he has been honoured with the International Whistler's Convention in 2004, 2005 and 2008, and has whistled the music for the movie Le petit Nicolas. Besides whistling, he also plays the recorder and flute.

L’oiseau chanteur Geert Chatrou est un siffleur professionnel des Pays-Bas. Il a sifflé tous les standards de la musique classique et du jazz et fut couronné grand champion par l’International Whistler’s Convention en 2004, 2005 et 2008. Il a aussi sifflé la musique pour le film Le petit Nicolas. En plus de siffler, il joue de la flûte et de la flûte à bec.
